Our first sour beer has lashings of berries and ends on Madagascan Vanilla pods to slow it down. With 250kg of Blackberries, Raspberries and sweet sweet Cherries, it's certainly not short of bright notes. But it all melts away for a smooth subtle vanilla ending.
