Imperial Stout w/ Honeycomb, Brown Sugar, Caramel, Coffee, Cinnamon, Tanzanian Vanilla. The Stroopwafel, traditionally placed over the top of a cup of coffee so that the caramel melts and becomes even more delicious than it once was. As many great plans are made over a cup of coffee, and even better with a sweet treat on the side, we thought we'd make an imperial stout as a nod to the combination of the two. The addition of fresh ground Costa Rican coffee beans from James Gourmet, and balanced helping of Cassia Bark, Cinder Toffee and Caramel all rounded off by a touch of Tanzanian Vanilla. The result is a robust and delicately spicy stout with a caramel sweetness running throughout.
