'Sower' is the first in our series 'Tom Jay'. Inspired by a style of sour brewed in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Sower is a fruit forward sour, with lashings of mango and pink guava. Catharina sours have a higher wheat content giving a smooth, fuller body lifting up the fruit profiles.
