Deya x Beak - Cosmic Control

Another absolute banger this week and thrilled to share this epic collaboration with the wonderful Beak Brewery. Brewed with a light malt base, in which wheat and spelt made up a proportion of the grist, this thick and layered DIPA is absolutely dripping with dank tropical goodness. Massive whirlpool additions of Strata and Idaho 7 were followed by an indulgent dry hop of Idaho 7, Bru-1 and Eclipse.

First time we have used the Aussie hop Eclipse! Chewy, bright pineapple, tropical deliciousness ~ lush!
