The latest from the Funk Dungeon is our interpretation of a Bretted Lager. After primary fermentation with classic lager yeast, we’ve pitched a blend of Brettanamyces and our in house sour pitch. Lagered in a combination of ex wine & neutral American oak casks for 14 months, to provide a well balanced beer with crisp bitterness, back up by refreshing acidity.
